Mike Schubert is the Co-Founder of Telunas Resorts.  For clients and his own team, he provides strategic leadership, executive coaching, and consultative services. He has worked with teams across a variety of industries including Oil and Gas, Construction, Hospitality, Telecommunications, Retail, Agriculture, and Manufacturing. Prior to moving to Southeast Asia, Mike served as a Captain in the US Army. He holds a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership, is a certified coach, speaker, and founding member of the John Maxwell Team, and has logged over 750 hours of executive and leadership coaching for clients. Mike is also an International Coach Federation member. 

Originally from New Jersey, Mike is an avid endurance athlete and enjoys competing in Ironman triathlons around the world. He loves spending time with his family and friends and is passionate about adding value to leaders.

Eric Baldwin is the Co-Founder of Telunas Resorts. He has consulted and coached in Asia for over 14 years with numerous multinational and national clients. Eric also holds a Masters degree in Intercultural Communication and is a certified coach, speaker and facilitator for the John Maxwell Team.

Originally from Indiana, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and four children as well as connecting deeply with friends. He is a coach at heart and loves to encourage people to reach their full potential. He is fluent in English and Indonesian.

Director

Mark Tovell is an associate consultant with Axialent. He has worked with clients from a number of sectors including Manufacturing, Tech, Construction, Consumer Products, Banking, Pharmaceutical, Mining, and Transportation. 

Mark holds a MA in Leadership and is a credentialed executive coach through Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. With more than 750 hours of executive coaching hours of senior leaders, he loves to help leaders, teams, and organizations effectively live out their purpose. 

Originally from Canada, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and two children watching hockey while living in the warm tropical climate of Indonesia. He is fluent in English and Indonesian.

Senior Consultant

Chris has an Hons degree in Psychology consolidated with a depth and breadth of corporate experience, integrating theory with reality. He has spent the last 35 years in global and regional leadership roles, leveraging his passion for people and fulfilling their potential by building high performing, high fulfilment teams around the world. Chris has spent the last 25 years living and working in the varied markets that are Asia, and moved into the coaching world nearly 11 years ago.

Born and raised in Liverpool, UK, Chris has two grown-up children. Alongside his passion for Asia sits rugby, scuba diving, road riding and chocolate.

Consultant

Sarah Baldwin leads BME Services’ Praxis Team. With a Masters in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, she and her team create tools to help our clients grow from where they are to where they want to be. Sarah is a leader development global certified trainer of the Trusted Leader Model.  Sarah loves creating spaces of learning with individuals and teams through coaching and interactive workshops.

Originally from Minnesota, Sarah has enjoyed 20 years of living in the tropics of Indonesia with her husband, Eric, and 4 children. Her hobbies include teaching music lessons and being active in nature. 

Associate Consultant

Idaman Laoli is from Nias, North Sumatra, Indonesia. He has 4 children, aged 10 to 21. He has been coaching since 2011. Along with being an Associate Consultant, he is also a director at Telunas Resorts. During his  free time, he enjoys being in nature, playing sport, and spending time with his family.
