Assessments and Surveys

Assessments and Surveys provide an opportunity for you identify the strengths and weaknesses of each of your leaders. We will help your organization develop customized tools (360 Feedback) or facilitate the use of existing products (DISC, MBTI, etc) to give you a grasp of what areas your leaders need to work on.

DISC Assessment

A personality profile test that is used for various situations.  It is a tool that can help you learn how different people of your team function best, and provides insight into each person’s personality that will help you work together better as a team.

360 Feedback

A tool for rigorous, in-depth reporting of strengths and developmental needs. It is aimed at supervisory and middle to senior managers who would prefer a more detailed analysis and comprehensive development tool.

Customized Surveys

These surveys are developed according to your needs.  Different issues arise as we personally interview leaders of a company to assess how we can come alongside and help best.  In some circumstances, a customized survey is needed in order to best help the issues at hand.

Cerny-Smith Assessment

An online assessment that measures the adjustment and well being of people living and working cross-culturally. Coaching is provided with this assessment to help the individual create an adjustment plan for stressing issues that have been highlighted in the assessment.
